I firmly believe every individual has the potential to achieve true happiness. I find that my sense of purpose in life is to help people realize this potential and achieve an integral wellbeing. This integral wellbeing encompasses mental, spiritual, physical, and societal wellbeing that aims the benefit of the client as well as the whole society. I am a Civil Engineer with MBA in the energy sector. I have 20+ years of experience in corporate, multinational environment. Currently I am the global learning manager for the Finance function of SLB (3000+ population) and have implemented leadership development and mentoring programs across the organization. Since 2020 I have been an active mentor and advisor for the women mentoring circles of SLB (WISE) and starting 2024, I became the Western Hemisphere lead of this organization. I obtained the EMCC Individual Accreditation in December 2021 and since then I am also an internal performance coach for the SLB WeCoach program. As a coach, I am committing to invest my knowledge, skills, and behaviors, in a way that I can best help my clients to reach their full potential and pursue an integral and enduring wellbeing.
