The founder of Headway Coaching Group, Alex Khrapov, is a certified coach (MCC, ICF) and certified master trainer (ATD).

Born in Northern Russia, raised in Ukraine (Donbass region), Alex has lived and worked in his home country, Sweden, Switzerland, UK, Brazil and Spain. He's a scientist and a very disciplined learner. He was originally trained as a nuclear scientist and martial artist. He has always been self-employed and has 35 years of experience in starting businesses. He first learned about business by starting and running his own businesses in retail, international trade and manufacturing before finding his true passion in coaching and training.

Since 2007, he has served others in the coaching field and founded Headway Coaching Group to devote his creative energy and business attention to transforming coaching practices into thriving businesses.
