20+ years experience designing and implementing solutions that place the user/consumer/participant in the center. Currently I lead a team at IESE Business School that works together with partners to design and delivery tailor made Executive Education learning journeys for leaders at international organizations, spanning across geographies and sectors. A key part of my role, apart from program management and account relationship with partner companies, is to make sure each journey has a real IMPACT on participants, focusing on the importance of each and every touchpoint. My prior work in both Marketing and Customer Experience involved the analysis and design of solutions with a focus on the person and the impact on the end user.
