I am an executive coach and organizational consultant working with individuals and groups using psychodynamic, behavioral, and classical coaching methods.

My first major is sociology, I hold a Master's degree in Economic Sociology. Before entering consulting, I was managing teams in an international market research company. I graduated from the Psychoanalysis and Business Consulting Program at the joint program of INSEAD and the Higher School of Economics in Moscow and hold a second Master's degree in Psychology. I am also trained as psychodynamic psychotherapist and for more than 5 years I am in continuous personal therapy.

My Master’s degree (2015) was heavily focused on psychodynamic coaching (with more than 1000 hours devoted solely to the theory and practice of coaching). Additionally, I have completed an ICF-accredited course on coaching for business (ACSTH).

Since 2014, coaching has been something I have been doing part-time, working with both individuals and groups within a business context.

Since 2018 I am studying group dynamic processes. In 2019 I attended a conference in Leicester, UK. I am also a certified consultant in organizational change, Tavistock Institute and works as group dynamic consultant at GRC events.
