Experience
Active executive coach in the public and private sectors since 2016.  Clients include key staff in the Foreign Office, Cabinet Office and Home Office.
In addition, from 2020, I have been an active coaching supervisor with clients who are coaches with varying levels of experience in both the private and public sector.

Background
I have lived and worked in the UK, France, USA, Spain, Chile, Morocco, Thailand and Portugal, and am fluent in Spanish, French and English.   I have held senior leadership positions in the public and private sectors.  Firstly as an international hotelier with experience in marketing and managing high-end properties in France, Spain, Chile & Morocco and then working as British Consul for the Foreign,  Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) in both Portugal & Spain.  I now lead on making it safer for British people to travel and live overseas.

My clients tell me that I create a safe and inspiring space for them to work on and improve all aspects of their coaching practice.  My supervision style is open and uses creative and tailor-made solutions to bring out the very best in the coaches I supervise.

Who and where I deliver Coaching Supervision.
Whether it is supervising experienced coaches or those who are setting up fledgling practices, I love to support and challenge my clients to help them to grow and improve.  I am equally comfortable supervising coaches in both the private and public sector and have been an active Civil Service Coach from 2014 and Supervisor from 2021.  I am fluent in English, Spanish and French.   I live in Spain remotely online using videoconferencing or over the phone.
