Fernanda Ortega is an International Coach and Mentor with over 20 years of experience as a Global HR Executive in several industries.  

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a master’s in Business Administration, and she is part of the cohort 27 of the Columbia University Coaching Certification Program.

She was born and raised in Brazil and has worked and lived in the US and Spain, where she is also a national. Fernanda has a solid experience as a leader of remote teams in Latin America, USA, Europe, Middle East, and Asia. She defines herself as a “dot-connector and a talent enthusiast."
