Tiina is a highly experienced executive education professional and a leadership coach. For 15 years, Tiina worked with market-leading business schools in London and Singapore designing and delivering customised executive education programmes. Over the years Tiina has worked in 20 different countries with organisations across a wide range of industries. In her latest role, she was heading the APAC operations for Aalto University Executive Education in Singapore. In 2022 Tiina founded her own leadership and coaching consultancy.
Originally from Finland, Tiina has also lived in Germany, UK, Singapore and currently in Northern Spain. She is passionate about different cultures, intercultural encounters, and leadership development. Through workshops and coaching she is helping leaders to navigate and excel in multicultural settings, leadership roles and ever-changing organisational context. As a coach, Tiina is helping leaders to unlock their leadership potential, become more self-aware, explore their strengths and to achieve their goals.
