Jurgita Micallef, ICF-PCC, is a leadership partner, coach, and facilitator with 20+ years of experience shaping leadership, HR, and organizational development across global public and private organizations, including the European Parliament and the European Central Bank. She’s held senior leadership roles, served on executive committees and boards, and most recently was head of HR for EMEA at a Japanese global technology company.

She holds a master’s degree in public administration and a postgraduate diploma in business administration. A PCC-credentialed coach, certified Leadership Circle Profile and Immunity to Change facilitator, and advanced student of Transactional Analysis pursuing a CTA in the educational and organizational field, she partners with executives and teams to build resilient, future-ready organizations.

Jurgita serves on the Global Boards of the International Coaching Federation, including General Enterprise and Professional Coaches, contributing to the development of the coaching profession worldwide.

Having lived and worked across eight countries over the past 25 years, she brings a deep, lived understanding of how leadership is shaped by culture, systems and context. A Lithuanian national, now based in Spain, Jurgita works internationally.
